Forgot your password

In the app

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?.
2. Enter your email address or mobile number and tap Send code.
3. Enter the 6-digit code and a New password of at least 10 characters.
4. Tap Update password.
5. Sign in with the new password.

On the web

For owners, admins, managers and supervisors.

1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?.
2. Enter your email address or mobile number and select Send me a code.
3. Enter the six-digit code and a new password of at least 10 characters.
4. Select Change my password, then sign in.

The app and the web use the same account, so one reset covers both.

No code

See The code did not arrive.

You no longer have that email address or number

A reset code can only go to the email address or mobile number on your account. If you have lost both, or your account has neither, you cannot reset the password yourself.

Ask an admin at work for new sign-in details. You create a new account with a new email address and keep your timesheet, hours and leave. See You cannot get into your account.

Owners cannot be given new sign-in details this way. Contact us.
