Timesheet

Open the Timesheet tab. It shows one week at a time, Monday to Sunday, in your organisation’s time zone.

Use the arrows to go to the previous or next week. The current week is as far forward as it goes.

Each shift shows your clock in and clock out times and the hours worked. A shift you are still on shows Working.

TOTAL is the hours worked that week. If some of them are waiting for your manager, it says how many, for example Includes 30m awaiting approval. Those hours count once your manager approves them.

Label What it means
Late You clocked in later than your shift allows.
Early in You clocked in earlier than your shift allows.
Left early You clocked out earlier than your shift allows.
Late out You clocked out later than your shift allows.
Missing clock-out You clocked in and did not clock out.
Not rostered You clocked in with no shift assigned.
Off site You clocked in or out away from every work site.
On leave You worked during approved leave.
Manual A time was added or changed by hand, by you or a manager.

Most of these mean your manager has to approve the hours before they count. You do not need to do anything.

A shift in a pay period your manager has closed shows Pay period closed. It cannot be changed any more.

Tap a shift to see more: where and how each time was recorded.

  • Place is the work site, or Off site and the distance from the nearest one.
  • Source is Clocked on site, Clocked off site, Added by you or Added by a manager.

A banner says You didn’t clock out on and the date. Tap Fix it, or open the shift and tap Add clock out. If you see neither, ask your manager to add it.

See Add a missed entry.

You cannot change a time you clocked with the button. Ask your manager to correct it.

On the Account tab, ORGANISATIONS YOU’VE LEFT lists organisations you used to work for. Tap one to see your timesheets from your time there.
