1. Install the app
Section titled “1. Install the app”2. Create your account
Section titled “2. Create your account”- Tap Create account.
- Enter your full name, your email address or mobile number, and a password of at least 10 characters.
- Enter the 6-digit code we send you and tap Verify.
Use the email address or mobile number your manager invited. No code? See The code did not arrive.
3. Accept your invitation
Section titled “3. Accept your invitation”Your invitation appears under Invitations. Tap Accept.
Your manager may have set you to join automatically. Then you go straight to the app.
No invitation? Ask your manager to invite you with the email address or mobile number on your account, then pull down to check again.
4. Allow location
Section titled “4. Allow location”The first time you clock in, the app asks for your location. Choose to allow it while using the app.
Location information is collected only when clocking in or out for attendance verification.
5. Clock in and out
Section titled “5. Clock in and out”- At your work location, tap CLOCK IN.
- When you finish, tap CLOCK OUT.
