A clock in or out was not accepted
When a clock in or out is not accepted, the app says why. Find the message below.
An attempt that is not accepted is still saved, and your manager can see it.
You’re not at a work site
Section titled “You’re not at a work site”Your phone’s position was outside every work location.
- Check Nearest site, Distance and Allowed within on the screen.
- Move closer to the site, or step outside if you are indoors. GPS is less accurate inside buildings.
- Tap Try again.
Still not working?
- Tap Add missed entry if you see it, and add the time yourself. See Add a missed entry.
- Otherwise ask your manager to add it.
If you are at the site and this keeps happening, tell your manager. The circle around the site may be too small.
